We are looking for Microsoft Support Analysts to work with in eCommerce project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing IT Technical IT support to users of services as first point of contact
• Supporting for incident resolution
• Supporting in diagnosing, resolving technical IT problems and incidents management
• Ensuring the delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all service users
• Timely resolution and escalate as appropriate, incidents and requests for service received from service users via email, web form or telephone
• To be a part of a Agile team – Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud
• Good experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel
• To be a part of a Agile team
• Working experience with API tools / REST API
• Knowledge in using Microsoft SharePoint and Azure cloud

Educational qualification:
